بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
- Saheeh InternationalI swear by the Day of Resurrection
- Saheeh InternationalAnd I swear by the reproaching soul [to the certainty of resurrection].
- Saheeh InternationalDoes man think that We will not assemble his bones?
- Saheeh InternationalYes. [We are] Able [even] to proportion his fingertips.
- Saheeh InternationalBut man desires to continue in sin.
- Saheeh InternationalHe asks, "When is the Day of Resurrection?"
- Saheeh InternationalSo when vision is dazzled
- Saheeh InternationalAnd the moon darkens
- Saheeh InternationalAnd the sun and the moon are joined,
- Saheeh InternationalMan will say on that Day, "Where is the [place of] escape?"
- Saheeh InternationalNo! There is no refuge.
- Saheeh InternationalTo your Lord, that Day, is the [place of] permanence.
- Saheeh InternationalMan will be informed that Day of what he sent ahead and kept back.
- Saheeh InternationalRather, man, against himself, will be a witness,
- Saheeh InternationalEven if he presents his excuses.
- Saheeh InternationalMove not your tongue with it, [O Muhammad], to hasten with recitation of the Qur'an.
- Saheeh InternationalIndeed, upon Us is its collection [in your heart] and [to make possible] its recitation.
- Saheeh InternationalSo when We have recited it [through Gabriel], then follow its recitation.
- Saheeh InternationalThen upon Us is its clarification [to you].
- Saheeh InternationalNo! But you love the immediate
- Saheeh InternationalAnd leave the Hereafter.
- Saheeh International[Some] faces, that Day, will be radiant,
- Saheeh InternationalLooking at their Lord.
- Saheeh InternationalAnd [some] faces, that Day, will be contorted,
- Saheeh InternationalExpecting that there will be done to them [something] backbreaking.
- Saheeh InternationalNo! When the soul has reached the collar bones
- Saheeh InternationalAnd it is said, "Who will cure [him]?"
- Saheeh InternationalAnd the dying one is certain that it is the [time of] separation
- Saheeh InternationalAnd the leg is wound about the leg,
- Saheeh InternationalTo your Lord, that Day, will be the procession.
- Saheeh InternationalAnd the disbeliever had not believed, nor had he prayed.
- Saheeh InternationalBut [instead], he denied and turned away.
- Saheeh InternationalAnd then he went to his people, swaggering [in pride].
- Saheeh InternationalWoe to you, and woe!
- Saheeh InternationalThen woe to you, and woe!
- Saheeh InternationalDoes man think that he will be left neglected?
- Saheeh InternationalHad he not been a sperm from semen emitted?
- Saheeh InternationalThen he was a clinging clot, and [Allah] created [his form] and proportioned [him]
- Saheeh InternationalAnd made of him two mates, the male and the female.
- Saheeh InternationalIs not that [Creator] Able to give life to the dead?
