بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
82:1
  1. Saheeh InternationalWhen the sky breaks apart
82:2
  1. Saheeh InternationalAnd when the stars fall, scattering,
82:3
  1. Saheeh InternationalAnd when the seas are erupted
82:4
  1. Saheeh InternationalAnd when the [contents of] graves are scattered,
82:5
  1. Saheeh InternationalA soul will [then] know what it has put forth and kept back.
82:6
  1. Saheeh InternationalO mankind, what has deceived you concerning your Lord, the Generous,
82:7
  1. Saheeh InternationalWho created you, proportioned you, and balanced you?
82:8
  1. Saheeh InternationalIn whatever form He willed has He assembled you.
82:9
  1. Saheeh InternationalNo! But you deny the Recompense.
82:10
  1. Saheeh InternationalAnd indeed, [appointed] over you are keepers,
82:11
  1. Saheeh InternationalNoble and recording;
82:12
  1. Saheeh InternationalThey know whatever you do.
82:13
  1. Saheeh InternationalIndeed, the righteous will be in pleasure,
82:14
  1. Saheeh InternationalAnd indeed, the wicked will be in Hellfire.
82:15
  1. Saheeh InternationalThey will [enter to] burn therein on the Day of Recompense,
82:16
  1. Saheeh InternationalAnd never therefrom will they be absent.
82:17
  1. Saheeh InternationalAnd what can make you know what is the Day of Recompense?
82:18
  1. Saheeh InternationalThen, what can make you know what is the Day of Recompense?
82:19
  1. Saheeh InternationalIt is the Day when a soul will not possess for another soul [power to do] a thing; and the command, that Day, is [entirely] with Allah.
